He is Post Graduate in Economics and has more than 20 years experience in Administration , Finance and Marketing .He has taken training at IIM Ahmedabad on New Product Policy and Product Launching. He has been instrumental in the Marketing and Production arrangement of Mohit Paper Mills Limited.

She has Post Graduated in Economics. She is the Promoter Director of the company since 30.08.1992 and has been the pioneer in the growth of the company.
